I needed to insulate my ceiling. I contacted the best builder I could find and they recommended Andrew at Downsouth Insulation. Andrew was an excellent communicator and an in and out trade. No problems. He then also took the time to inform me of other maintenance concerns. Very disappointing that other tradies had been in my roof space without giving me the heads up I had problems. Andrew did not benefit from the extra work at all. He was able to recommend tradies for the additional work. They were as friendly and professional as Andrew. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking to insulate their roof space.
